One of the greatest parts of being an actor in Hollywood is getting out and about. Whether it’s meeting legends, making connections, or just having a good time, this is the place to be!

The last year’s been no exception, and I feel lucky to’ve attended some great events:

SOC Awards

This year I was grateful to be invited for a second time in two years to attend the prestigious SOC Awards (Society Camera Operators Awards) at Paramount Studios Paramount Theater. These guys play such an indispensable and influential role in creating movies and shaping projects, so it’s great to be able to recognize some of the best talents in the field.

Another amazing moment was having the chance to meet the one and only Clint Eastwood. Mr. Eastwood was one of my first inspirations as an aspiring actor, so getting a chance to speak with him and shake his hand was truly a thrill.

Another event that was a blast to attend as an actor and as a movie lover was Sony Picture’s world premiere of Angry Birds. The movie itself was a blast with amazing comedians including Andy Samberg and Josh Glad among others.

Appropriately, in the same year I got to shake hands with Clint Eastwood, I also had the privilege of shaking hands with the Angry Birds themselves. Movie premieres are always just a lot of fun and Angry Birds was no exception.

Red Carpet

What actor doesn’t love some red carpet? Over the last year I’ve been grateful for the chance to get to see some great movies and walk a couple miles of red carpet. Some of the highlights for me:
